What plans does Sussed offer?
Free, Studio Micro, Studio Mini, Studio Max, and Enterprise. Scroll up to compare features and credit allocations side-by-side.
How do Sussed credits work?
Credits cover AI work on your canvases — mockups, generations, refinements. Each plan includes a monthly allocation that refreshes at the start of every billing period and is shared across your whole team. Different models cost different amounts of credits per generation — for example, FLUX Fast costs fewer credits per image than Nano Banana Pro.
What happens if I use all my monthly credits?
You can wait for the next cycle or upgrade to a higher plan. There are no surprise overage charges.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
No. As long as your subscription is active, your balance resets at the start of each billing cycle to your plan's allocation (100 per seat for Studio Micro, 400 per seat on Studio Mini, 1,000 per seat on Studio Max). Unused credits from the previous cycle do not carry over.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage your subscription from Settings → Billing, which opens our Stripe customer portal. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing term.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Accepted methods are shown at checkout.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan lets you explore the platform without entering a payment method.

§ Products and orders

What products can I order on Sussed?
You can design and place orders for custom clothing, including pullover hoodies, zipped hoodies, sweatshirts, t-shirts, and long-sleeve button-ups. Unisex jerseys, fitted athleisure shirts, bottoms, and fully custom garment orders are coming soon. Branded packaging and other merchandise are also on the roadmap.
What is a MOQ?
A MOQ (minimum order quantity) is the smallest quantity we accept for a given order. Sussed doesn't have a single platform-wide MOQ — it's set by the manufacturing partner assigned to your order and confirmed in your quote. We use the same workflow for sample and bulk orders; we strongly recommend ordering a sample first so you can confirm fit, fabric, and finish before committing to a bulk run.
How long will it take to receive my sample?
Production and shipping times depend on the complexity of your design and your shipping destination. We aim to deliver in the shortest time possible while sticking to sustainable production and distribution practices. Estimates are provided with your quote, and once production begins you can track status in your order portal.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Customers may be charged duties, customs fees, or import taxes by their country, and these are the customer’s responsibility. See our Terms of Service for the full clause.

§ Refunds, cancellations, and policies

What's Sussed's refund policy on product orders?
All Sussed clothing is made to order, including both samples and bulk production. Because each piece is custom-made to your specifications, we are generally unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and production has begun. See our Terms of Service §11.7 for further details.
What's Sussed's refund policy on subscriptions?
Subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your Sussed account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of your current subscription term.
How does Sussed handle my data and creations?
Your creative work stays yours. We don’t use your images or prompts to train our platform. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account?
